App Installation and Account Registration?(Aoqee Outdoor/Indoor Camera C1)
Answer:
1.Download "Wansview Cloud" APP
Method 1: Download "Wansview Cloud" APP from APP Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android);
Method 2: Scan "Wansview Cloud" APP QR code to download it.
Tips: Please turn on 2 permissions below when use this APP at the first time.
1.Allow "Wansview Cloud" APP to access mobile cellular data, wireless LAN and Bluetooth, or it will be failed to add IP camera.
2.Allow "Wansview Cloud" APP to receive pushed message, or the cellphone will not receive alarm push when motion detection or audible alarm is triggered.
2.Account Registration
Open the "Wansview Cloud" APP and register an account with your email andactivate it.
Tips: Your password must be 8-16 characters, and contain at least three of thefollowing categories: numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, or specialcharacters.You will then receive an activation code in your e-mail. Please enterthis code in the APP, and login.If you don't receive the activation code, please contact us with your accountinformation to the support email:

Fail to Scan ? (Aoqee Outdoor/Indoor Camera C1)
Answer:If you fail to scan the QR code on the smartphone, please try the followingsolutions:
1. Make sure the camera beeps twice every ten seconds. lf not, please pressthe reset button until you hear a beep.
2 Adjust the distance between the camera's lens and the smartphone to 3-8inches, adjust the brightness to medium, or double-click the QR code toenlarge it to scan.
3. lf it still fails, tap “Didn't hear it” and connect WiFi via Soft-AP method.
Fail to Connect WiFi ? (Aoqee Outdoor/Indoor Camera C1)
Answer:lf you fail to connect WiFi for the first time, please try the following solutions:
1. Please make sure your wifi is 2.4Ghz. This camera does not support 5Ghzwifi. lfyour router is dual band, please enable the 2.4Ghz wifi only or contactyour network provider to create a 2.4Ghz guest WlFl for you.
2. Please activate the GPS and location authorization on the settings ofsmartphone.
3. Tap "”button to make sure the WiFi password is correct. Thereshouldn't be any spaces.
4. Before setup the camera, make sure the camera beeps twice every tenseconds.lf not, please press the reset button until you hear a beep.

APP is showing "offline" ? (Aoqee Outdoor/Indoor Camera C1)
Answer:① Ensure the router is working properly. Reboot the router and camera to seeifthe camera reconnects after that.
② lf not, reset the camera by holding the Reset button 5-10s and reconnect thecamera.
③ The distance between the camera and router should be within 3 feet, socamera can receive good WiFi connection.
How to share the camera to another account?(Aoqee Outdoor/Indoor Camera C1)
Answer:①The invited member should download the Wansview Cloud app, andregister a new account first.
② The main account should open the Wansview cloud app, tap "Settings-invitefamily members"--press ao--choose Country and then enter the invitedmember's account.
